As an experienced litigator, Jeff has defended numerous cases involving design professionals, physicians and hospitals, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability (slip and fall, snow and ice incidents, and premises defect), wrongful death, property/casualty, construction defect, New York Labor Law, nuisance, infliction of emotional distress, tortious interference with contract, and exposure to asbestos.
Jeff has assisted design professionals, business owners, and homeowners with negotiating and drafting complex construction related agreements. Jeff also provides risk management services to GLPC clients.
